New Albany Schools will host a virtual science fair in 2022, similar to last year. This means that any student in grades 5-12 that wishes to participate will not need to attend a school science fair. If they create a project (on Google Slides, no posters) they can present it to their current science teacher. Projects that teachers consider Superior quality will move on to the virtual science fair for Central Ohio. The judging rubric is here. Qualifying students will create a screen recording video on Loom where they will present their Slides to virtual judges and upload them to the STEM wizard website for scoring at the Central Ohio science fair.
