The New Albany High School Theatre Department cordially invites you to be our guest at “Tea With Belle” at either 10 a.m. or noon on Saturday, November 16th at the Jeanne B. McCoy Community Center for the Arts.
Featuring five fun-filled experiences for kids of all ages, “Tea With Belle” is sure to entertain the entire family. Young princesses & princes -- yes, costumes are encouraged -- will be led by NAHS royalty to various stations throughout the McCoy. Guests will enjoy an exclusive sneak preview of the Theatre Department’s upcoming production of Beauty and the Beast and be able to visit the Beast’s Library, where they will hear stories read by New Albany Early Learning Center Principal, Michelle Unger and New Albany Primary Principal, Teresa Smith. The dance studio will be transformed into the Beast’s royal dining room, where kids can choose from a variety of snacks to eat. In the McCoy lobby, they will exercise their creativity through a variety of arts & crafts, including coloring activities, a “make your own crown” station, and more. Finally, kids will be able to meet and greet with Belle and the Beast as well as some of their other favorite princesses and princes and have the opportunity to take photos with them, making lasting moments for the whole family. Before our guests leave, they can visit “Belle’s Bakery” -- a stand of homemade baked goods and other treats sold to benefit the Theatre Department.
Tickets for “Tea With Belle” are $10 per person and can be purchased in advance at www.seatyourself.biz/nahs or at the door on the day of the event. We encourage guests to buy their tickets in advance. All princes and princesses must be accompanied by an adult. We ask that only one adult attend with their child(ren).
