24 7th & 8th grade students from the cast of NEWSIES JR. flew to Atlanta this weekend for the 20th Anniversary Junior Theater Festival. They attended workshops, watched performances with Broadway stars and participated in adjudications. Elise Bilberry, Riley Snead and Meredith Zeallear received dance callbacks for a special project audition, Ella Proudfoot, Harper Rosebaugh, Drew Wintersteller and Mia Xu competed in the "Tech Olympics", Drew and Meredith were chosen as "JTF All-Stars" and Drew Wintersteller was selected out of over 6,000 students as one of a handful of "Outstanding Performance by an Individual" winners! It was an incredible weekend of theatre and lifelong memories were made. We already can't wait to go to JTF next year!
