NAPLS Mobile Has New Features!

  • Our Mobile App has new features. The Mobile APP will now allow parents to log in and view personalized information for students. An email was sent to parents in September with login credentials. If you need assistance with logging into the mobile app you can contact the Communications Department at news@napls.us

    The app is available for Android devices through Google Play App Stores and Apple devices through iTunes. Search for New Albany Schools. You should see the app icon below.

    Please note - there is another "New Albany High School" App out there, so make sure you download the correct app (ours) by looking for the icon.


    The app is an additional communication resource for us, it will allow the district to send push notifications, information on school closures, emergency info, etc. It will also be a tool that the community (non-parents or staff) can use to connect and know what is going on here at the district.

  • Why do I need the mobile app?

    The NAPLS Mobile App is available for everyone to download, and will display public/district school information, including news, calendar events and staff directory. Parents/Guardians will be given login credentials to view student-specific information.

  • When is personalized student data updated in the mobile app?

    Student phone  number, address, attendance data and cafeteria balances are updated nightly in the mobile app. If there is a discrepency between PowerSchool and the mobile app, please allow for 24 hours for the systems to sync data.

  • How to I get my parent/guardian login credentials for the student info on the app?

    Each parent/guardian will receive an email with their login credentials. If you did not receive your email, please contact the communications department. at 614-413-7115 or news@napls.us.

  • I already established my account, but lost my login credentials. What do I do?

    You can click “Forgot Password” and try to retrieve the lost account credentials with the application directly. If that doesn’t work, then contact the communications department at 614-413-7115 or news@napls.us and ask for assistance with logging into the mobile app.
