Tuition is divided into 9 equal monthly payments regardless of program days offered or used; there is no tuition adjustment due to holidays, calamity days or absences due to vacation, illness, or behavior concerns.
Tuition is due on the 5th of each month:
There are no payments due in December or June.
Monthly tuition is paid through Procare Solutions. When parents enroll their child in Eagle's Nest, families will set up automatic payments that will be deducted monthly. Tuition is divided into equal monthly payments beginning in August. No payment is due in December. Enrollment is considered full time.
Contract Change Fee
If a child care option is changed within a school year, a $30 contract change fee will be assessed. Change in service hours must be requested in writing no less than 15 days before the expected change. Change requests will be honored if there is space within the program. Students will be placed on the waiting list if space is unavailable.
Late Payment Fee
After the 15th of the month, a $25.00 late fee will be assessed. After the 1st day of the month following nonpayment, child care services will be suspended and all past due balances must be paid in order to return to Eagle's Nest. The child care slot may become available to waitlisted families.
Late Pickup Fees
A late fee of $5.00 for each portion of a 5-minute interval after 6:00 p.m. when a child is not picked up will be assessed.
Late fees must be paid within 5 business days.
Late fees are as follows:
6:01 pm - 6:05 pm - $5.00
6:06 pm - 6:10 pm - $10.00
6:11 pm - 6:15 pm - $15.00
Fees after 5th occurrence will be doubled.
Frequent late pick-ups may result in termination of eligibility for Eagle’s Nest services.
Cancellations for Eagle’s Nest prior to the start of the school year must be made by August 1 at 3:00 p.m. EST in order to avoid being responsible for the first tuition payment.
Withdrawal from Eagle’s Nest must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 15 days prior to the next tuition payment date in order to adequately plan for concerns such as student transitions and transportation arrangements. Notifications provided less than 15 days before the next tuition payment due date will result in either a partial charge or a partial refund and a delay in obtaining school district transportation.
Students may be re-enrolled within a school year if space is available; a $75 re-enrollment fee will be assessed.
Refunds will be issued for program withdrawal when tuition has been paid in advance and the Coordinator determines that it is in the student’s or program’s best interest for the student to no longer participate in Eagle’s Nest.
