*A $75 non-refundable activity fee for each family will be applied at the time of enrollment. Due 9/5/2024. 

(Fee subject to change annually). 

Enrollment is considered full time.

Tuition is divided into 9 equal monthly payments and is due on the 5th of each month:

August 5
September 5
October 5
November 5
January 5
February 5
March 5
April 5
May 5

*No payments due in December or June.

Eagle’s Nest is a tuition-based program and operates financially independently of New Albany-Plain Local Schools. (Tuition subject to change annually).

Payment Method: Monthly tuition is paid through Procare Solutions. When parents enroll their child in Eagle's Nest, families are required to set-up automatic payments that will be deducted monthly. 

Payment options include: Credit, Debit, ACH

Absences: No adjustments will be made for holidays, calamity days or absences due to vacation, illness, or behavior concerns. 

Late Payments: After the 15th of the month, a $25.00 late fee will be assessed. Child enrollment may be discontinued for non-payment.

Late Pickup Policy: A late fee of $5.00 for each portion of a 5-minute interval after 6:00 p.m. when a child is not picked up will be assessed.

Late fees are as follows:

6:01 pm - 6:05 pm - $5.00
6:06 pm - 6:10 pm - $10.00
6:11 pm - 6:15 pm - $15.00
*Fees after 5th occurrence will be doubled.

Frequent late pick-ups may result in termination of eligibility for Eagle’s Nest services. 

Cancellations, Withdrawals & Refunds

Cancellations for Eagle’s Nest prior to the start of the school year must be made by July 31st in order to avoid being responsible for the first tuition payment. 

Withdrawal from Eagle’s Nest must be made in writing to eaglesnest@napls.us no later than 14 days prior to the next tuition payment date. Notifications provided less than 14 days may result in either a partial charge or a partial refund and a delay in obtaining school district transportation.

Refunds will be issued for program withdrawal when tuition has been paid in advance and the Coordinator determines that it is in the student’s or program’s best interest for the student to no longer participate in Eagle’s Nest.
