Hours of Operation:

Eagle’s Nest runs in the Primary School Building (87 N. High Street). Parents will drop-off and pick-up from this location.

Eagle’s Nest operates from Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. until the time students are dismissed for school and again from the time students are dismissed from school until 6:00 p.m.

Eagle’s Nest follows the New Albany Plain Local Schools calendar and is open only when school is in session.

If NAPLS cancels school prior to the beginning of the school day, Eagle’s Nest will be closed.
If NAPLS announces a school closure during morning Eagle’s Nest hours, you must return to pick up your child(ren).
If NAPLS announces a one (1) or two (2) hour delay due to inclement weather, there will be no morning Eagle’s Nest Program.

Typical Daily Schedule(s):

Eagle’s Nest Morning Program
6:30 a.m.	Doors open for student drop off
7:30a-8:30a	Breakfast offered daily (free to all students in EN program)
8:10a	Intermediate dismissal
8:50a	Bus arrives for ELC students/Kindergarten dismissal
9:05a	Primary dismissal
*Last student drop off is at 8:50a.

Eagle’s Nest Afternoon Program
3:05p	Intermediate school day dismissal / students arrive to program *Note: Intermediate students remain in the Intermediate Building until 4p, then transfer to the Primary School with the rest of the group
3:40p	Primary school day dismissal / students arrive to program
3:50p	Bus arrives with ELC students / Kindergarten students arrive to program
4:00-6:00p	Doors open for parent pick-up
Snack is offered daily (free to all students in the EN program) If a student needs picked-up prior to 4p, students must be a parent pick-up and parents must alert office of this change.
