To report your student absent, do one of the following:

Bus transportation information is available for families to view in the PowerSchool Parent Portal. 

Please note, bus route information for the 2025-2026 school year will be available in PowerSchool beginning August 11, 2025.

If you have moved within the school district boundaries, please fill out the change of address form along with supporting documentation:

2.  Proof of Residency 1:  Current Mortgage statement (dated past 30 days) and/or deed OR Lease (all pages, all terms, all occupants listed including children, landlord/tenant signatures) 

3.  Proof of Residency 2:  Current gas or electric bill (dated last 30 days; must include service address) If you just moved in, please login to your gas or electric account and take a screenshot of the following: your name, new address and start date or service or next bill due date. 

Once you fill in the form, upload your documents and submit,  you will receive a confirmation email that your form has been submitted for review.  You will be contacted once the form is verified and processed. Questions: email wc@napls.us or call 614-413-7134

Families may deposit money into their student's lunch account at anytime by logging on to their Payschools Central account and following the instructions to add funds.

Please visit the Child Nutrition Services Department for menus as well as information regarding free/reduced applications for meals. 

If you are experiencing any difficulty with your account or have questions regarding food service at NAPLS, please contact the Child Nutrition Services Department at hamilton.27@napls.us.

Parents who drop off or pick up children for school should plan to arrive in time to drop off or collect students at your building’s designated time. We ask all drivers to please pull up as far as possible in the waiting lines to allow for the children to be dropped-off and picked-up in the most efficient way possible. A tall white sign marked with the New Albany logo is at the furthest point of our loops to designate the initial drop off/pick up point.

To ensure the safety of all students, please observe the following:

• Remain in your vehicle.

• Children must leave/enter your vehicle on the curb side only.

• Patiently wait in line – our goal is to always have our children arrive and leave school in the safest way possible.

• If your child is already with you, please remain in line to wait your turn to leave the pick-up/drop-off circle.

• If you need to meet your child personally at the building, please park your car in the appropriate lot. For the Intermediate School, that is the lot behind the Primary gymnasium.
  
  PLEASE NOTE: Traffic in all loops must continue to flow. Cars may stop just long enough to safely load or unload children. To prevent accidents, only one lane or line of cars is permitted. Please exercise patience and courtesy to keep our students safe.

MCCOY CENTER LOOP - Grade 4-6 Students

Entrance to the south loop is accessed from Dublin-Granville Road for families living south of the district. Identify the loop that is closest to your residence. Parents may not park in the loop. The pick-up and drop-off process must be continuous. All children should embark or disembark curbside only for safety. The Primary/McCoy Loop is one way. You must exit the loop onto Dublin-Granville Road by turning right at the McCoy entrance.  It is not permitted to go against traffic and exit left out of the entrance to the McCoy.   

INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL/CHATHAM GREEN LOOP - Grade 4-6 Students

This driveway is located north of the Primary School gymnasium and is accessed from N. High St. (Route 605). Identify the loop that is closest to your residence. The pick-up and drop-off process must be continuous. All children should embark or disembark curbside only for safety. Parents who need to enter the building must locate a parking space in the visitor lot. Parent volunteers may find available parking in this vicinity.

There are two access points to the Intermediate & Primary school buildings. Please observe the traffic directional signs and exercise caution and courtesy.

Intermediate Main Entrance Drive (In front of the Intermediate School)

Accessed from Route 605 by turning on Kardules Fields Way, the main driveway permits entry to New Albany Intermediate School.  

*PLEASE NOTE: BUS LOOP INFO: During the school day, parking is NOT permitted along the curbs in front of the main entrance. Parking is permitted in the allocated spaces near the flag pole and in the bus spaces at the Intermediate School between 9:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. Parking is permitted in official parking spaces only. Additional parking can be found behind the Primary School gymnasium. You will need to enter the main entrance doors. Please do not park in areas designated for school staff – these spaces are numbered or marked as “RESERVED.”

Ohio provides learning standards for elementary students to explain the knowledge and skills Ohio students are expected to have.  

In New Albany’s elementary schools, our classroom teachers address the state’s learning standards for English Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies.  

Our team of specialists address standards in Art, Music, Physical Education, and Technology.  Instrumental music becomes a course option in sixth grade.  For more information about sixth grade music classes, click here.

Our classroom teachers, in partnership with volunteers from organizations such as Junior Achievement, address the Financial Literacy standards.  

The Ohio standards for Drama, Dance, and World Languages are not part of our core elementary curriculum, but may be addressed as part of special enrichment programming.  These standards and much more are included on our Elementary Curriculum page.

Tickets for all athletic events can be found on our Athletics webpage when posted by visiting naeagles.com and clicking on "Tickets" in upper right tool bar.

This site also includes all athletic information for the high school and middle school including team rosters, schedules and more. 

School Fees

Intermediate School Fees for the 2024-2025 School Year will be posted to your PaySchools Central account in early September. 

If you have any outstanding fees from prior school years, please submit payment as soon as possible. 

School Fees can be paid with a credit card through your PaySchools Central account or by check made payable to New Albany Intermediate School.

Parents should call or email the Guidance Office for a meeting if they have any academic, social or personal concerns for their child. 

The Guidance Office can help to arrange parent-teacher conferences, small group or individual counseling. School Counselors can also make referrals through the Concord Counseling or outside counseling referrals.
