Enrollment Requirements

In order to enroll in New Albany-Plain Local Schools, all of the requirements listed below must be met. Families must complete and sign the requirements form once all information has been provided to the district registrar. 

Please use the tool in the bottom right corner of your screen to translate these requirements in Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, Arabic and Somali.

Students without appropriate records, will be admitted under temporary enrollment for a period of fourteen (14) days, unless extended by the principal or superintendent.
