Business & Operations

The Department of Business and Operations oversees the development, operation and coordination of the District’s Business Services, Child Nutrition Services, Facilities, Maintenance and Operations, Transportation Services, Safety and Security, District Capital Programs, Before/After School Child Care Program, and Human Resource functions for all assigned non-teaching classified and non-licensed exempt employees.  The department is responsible for the vision, planning, implementation, operation and reliability of core District support programs necessary to create a culture of accountability that achieves the best academic and developmental outcomes for each student.
