I graduated from Licking Heights High School in 1988, and then attended Muskingum College (now University) in New Concord, Ohio. I graduated with licenses in Elementary Education and Specific Learning Disabilities. I began teaching at New Albany in 1992. I earned my Masters of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Ohio State University in December, 2005. I live in Pataskala with my husband Harold and my rescued golden retriever, Loki. We are big OSU Buckeye Football fans, and enjoy going to all the home games, and usually one away game. My daughter, Megan, is 23 and a member of the military. My son, Alex, is 21 and attends Muskingum University (Go Muskies!) My hobbies include reading, swimming, cooking, traveling, technology, and watching crime-solving shows, like Criminal Minds and Law and Order. I also enjoy staying in touch with my former students on Facebook! :)
