I began working in the New Albany-Plain Local School District as a speech pathologist in 2001 after spending three years in the private sector. I have my Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Speech Pathology, both from Miami University.

I have worked with varying grade levels throughout my time in the district, but middle and high school students are my niche. Watching and helping them grow academically and personally into young adults is very rewarding.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family. My husband, Ben, recently retired from ODOT. My son, Brady, is a New Albany Alum and is currently attending Miami University. My daughter, McKenna, is a senior at New Albany High School.
