My name is Michelle Howard. I am one of the occupational therapists here at New Albany Plain Local Schools. This will be my 7th year at New Albany. You can find me either at the Intermediate building or Middle School. I graduated from The Ohio State University. I have been a therapist going on 20 years, specializing in pediatrics. I have also helped out during summer programming providing ESY.

I am lucky to have my husband and children with me at New Albany. I have 4 children. We love supporting New Albany sports at the district level, but also at Bevelhymer Park. You may find me at baseball, softball, wrestling, football, and cheer. I also spend much of my time with my daughter tumbling. When I am at home I spend time outside, but I love naps especially in the hammock. I have been trying to grow a garden and have many animals. My favorite thing to do outside is to mow the grass. I also like to sit by my fountain, get in the swimming pool, and swing on the front driveway. I like spending time with my friends and family; walking, playing cards, boating, and listening to music.

I am so excited to get to know you. My favorite part of my job is to help others learn, grow and be successful in what they love. I enjoy that I get to be part of your student’s day.
