I have been teaching in New Albany, first as a classroom aid for two years, then as an intervention specialist for the past 6 years. I have been in nearly every building, and am looking forward to joining the 6th grade team full time and meeting all of the students! I earned a Bachelor's in English from Ohio State and Master's in Education/Special Education form Ashland University.
In my free time I love experimenting in the kitchen with my fiance and hanging with our two German Shepherds (Keely and Maus). I love watching and playing soccer on the weekends, cycling around the city, and taking trips, particularly taking ski trips anywhere.
I look forward to the upcoming school year and getting to know and learn along with our students!
