Member Only Hours will be continued for 2025 with the first hour being for Members ONLY; Monday - Saturday from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, Sunday from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.  Members must bring their membership key fobs. The pool will open to the public at 12:00 pm Monday – Saturday and 1:00 pm Sunday, beginning May 24th. 

Key fobs are not reissued each year.  They will be renewed with your membership, so do not throw them away; there is a $5.00 replacement fee for each one.  There is also a $1.00 look-up fee for all members who do not scan their membership key fobs or guest cards at entry. You can add your membership bar code to your phone wallet and scan directly from your phone.

Membership/daily rates are either Resident or Non-Resident, depending on your property taxing district. Call the township if you are not sure. Please send in the correct fee so your membership is processed in a timely manner.

Daily admission fees for 2025 remain the same: Resident Adults (age 18 and over) are $11.00, Non-Resident Adults (Age 18 and over) are $13.00. Resident Youth (Age 3 – 17) are $9.00, Non-Resident Youth (Age 3-17) are $11.00 and Resident Seniors (Age 60+) are $7.00, Non-Resident Seniors (Age 60+) are $9.00. We have discontinued the after 4:00 pm admission. Children 2 and under are free and must be in swim diapers.  The Patron12 punch pass is also no longer available.  If you are a resident and plan on going to the pool, you must register on RecDesk and be approved as a resident. You will be issued a “Resident Daily Admission” key fob for each family member which will be made available for pick up, at the pool or at the Township office.  Each family member must be registered and must have a “Resident Daily Admission Rate Key Fob” or pay the Non-Resident rate.  Register on RecDesk at: https://plaintownship.recdesk.com/Community/Membership. A resident is defined as a person living in New Albany/Plain Township within the 220, 221 & 222 property taxing district.  Residency will be approved on RecDesk by the Township, and a Resident Daily Admission Key Fob will be assigned to each family member.  There are several residents who have not picked up these fobs.

Member appreciation days are every Tuesday throughout the summer!  Each member may bring one guest, for FREE!

Swim Lessons

SwimSafe Pool Management will be teaching swim lessons at Plain Township again this summer. Members can sign up early for swim lessons on Sunday, May 17 (11-2pm).  Memberships must be processed prior to May 15th to be included on the “Member List” for lesson registration. Swim lesson registrations must be made in person by a parent or legal guardian. Swim lesson information is available on our website. Session 1 begins June 15th – 25th, Session 2 begins July 6th -16th and session 3 begins July 20th – July 30th.  Private lesson sessions will be available June 1st – June 5th and June 8th – June 11th.  The 10am class must fill up first before any other time slot is available. Normally, classes run M-TH but this year Private 1 runs M-T-TH-F, session 1 week 1 runs M-T-TH-F and session 2 week 2 runs T-F.

Credit cards are processed through a secure website.  There is a 2% convenience fee for all credit card purchases.
