We are unable to provide supervision for kindergarten children prior to 9:10 a.m. (for morning kindergarten) or 12:30 p.m. (for afternoon kindergarten) arrival times. We are unable to provide supervision for preschool children prior to 9:10 a.m. or after 11:50 a.m. (for morning preschool) or prior to 1:05 p.m. or after 3:45 p.m. (for afternoon preschool)
For reasons of safety and liability, no children should arrive at school prior to the designated times unless chaperoned by a parent.
Before and after school childcare services are also available through The Eagles Nest Child Care Program, including a nutritious snack and homework assistance every day. Children are transported to and from their school via New Albany-Plain Local buses for this program.
In addition, students should not be withdrawn from class prior to the regular dismissal times unless illness or an emergency requires it. Please plan ahead in scheduling appointments and other commitments for after the close of the school day. Regular attendance is critical for student learning and achievement!
