New Albany elementary and high school students joined New Albany city officials, at the Rose Run Stream this week to learn about the importance of soil, native species, and to help clean up the stream.
New Albany seventh grade students (Teachers/classes: Jaster, Williams and Woodmansee) assessed the Rose Run Creek water quality index. Students found and recorded macro invertebrates along the stream. They also collected crayfish and fish.
