We are constantly working to improve the culture & well-being for all students at NAPLS. Beginning Spring 2018 and continuing in Fall 2018, all PK-12, students will learn and apply The R Factor daily on our school campus. The R Factor is a culture, behavior, and decision-making framework our students will use to develop exceptional life skills to successfully navigate their school and life experiences.
Parents, families and the community can also learn The R Factor!
Please join us to learn about The R Factor and how NAPLS will implement the programto help our students achieve their best academic and developmental outcomes. Your partnership with us in this journey is essential to our students' success.

The R-Factor Kids Camp a Great Success
On August 6 & 7, 2018 the district hosted a camp for 60 student ambassadors for the launch district-wide of the R Factor this school year on the NAPLS Campus. A superhero-themed, two day, "action-packed" agenda included the teaming of kids with instructors from across the campus; teachers, principals and other administrators to help kids learn the disciplines of the R-Factor. The videos below are a product of what they learned and the culmination of much of their work.
Thank you to the following for their great support
