Grades 4-5 Breakfast Club at Intermediate School/Grab & Go for Grade 6
The district appreciates that our families have varying needs for morning childcare or early drop-off options. As an alternative to the Eagle’s Nest program for tuition-based before and after school childcare, the district also offers the Breakfast Club as an option for K-5 students.
For $1.50 per day, Breakfast Club provides students with breakfast and large group supervision until the school day begins. Breakfast Club students are encouraged to bring a book or other reading materials to Breakfast Club with them to remain occupied until dismissed for school. Pre-registration for Breakfast Club is not required and may be used at-will daily to accommodate the changing needs of families.
Breakfast Club for Grade 4 & 5 is located at the Intermediate School. Breakfast Club will be available on school days for one hour or less. Doors will open at 8:00 a.m. daily for student drop-off.
Due to the sixth grade school day beginning at 8:00 a.m., there is not a supervised Breakfast Club program for sixth grade students. However, a $1.50 “grab and go” breakfast can be picked up at 7:45 am in the Intermediate School as sixth grade students walk to the Middle school for their first period electives class.
“Grab and go" breakfast for 6th graders is ONLY available in the Intermediate building. The MS/HS cafeteria is not available to Intermediate students.
