Erica Donahoe holds degrees from The Unites States Air Force Academy, The Ohio State University and the American College of Education. Erica served as a Logistics Officer in the U.S. Air Force before deciding to pursue her passions of music and teaching. She has played the violin since the age of three and has performed across the United States as well as in Europe. She has held concertmaster positions with several local orchestras as well as during her time at The Ohio State University.
Erica is thrilled to be teaching in New Albany, directing the Middle School Orchestra Program and assisting the High School Orchestras. She and her colleagues have developed innovative and relevant programming to recruit and retain students, resulting in a program of over 300 students. Her orchestras have received superior ratings and represented New Albany both locally and nationally at competition. Erica lives with her husband and two children in New Albany and loves spending her free time outside.
