What safety protocols will be followed?
While of course we wish we could eliminate all health risks, that isn’t possible. If you require or expect a risk-free environment for COVID-19 for your child, you should not enroll your child in the program. Our actions are intended to help reduce or mitigate risks.
-
- Daily health checks for students and staff
- Increased scheduled handwashing times
- Sanitizing supplies for students in every activity area
- Consistent staff and student grouping to make any necessary contact tracing more efficient
- Assigned seating at snack
- Organized materials and activities by groups- no community supplies
- Curbside drop off and pickup
- Environmental cleaning intensity and frequency increased with EPA-approved products
- “Traffic signs” to manage movement within activity areas

Does my child wear a face-covering during Eagle’s Nest?
Eagle’s Nest will follow the same guidelines that are in place during the school day, so if face coverings are required for students during the school day, they will be required during Eagle’s Nest.
What happens to Eagle’s Nest if the school district changes the school attendance?
Our plan is to continue Eagle’s Nest service for the students who are on campus on their assigned days. If the children will be receiving fewer days of service due to adjusted district attendance patterns, tuition will be adjusted accordingly.
What happens to Eagle’s Nest if the school district moves to a full eLearning plan?
If the school district must close the school campus to students, Eagle’s Nest will be closed. Tuition will be refunded accordingly.
Can I pay tuition a semester or a year in advance?
Tuition will be accepted for up to two months at a time as posted in student accounts.
What if I enroll but decide before the school year starts to not send my child to Eagle’s Nest?
You would be responsible for the $75 non-refundable deposit. If you cancel your registration by August 1 at 3:00 pm EST, you will not be responsible for the first month’s tuition.
