Election Day is Tuesday, November 4, 2014. Polls are open from 6:30 AM to 7:30 PM. All voters must provide identification at the polls in order to cast a regular ballot on Election Day.
You can change your voting address online on the Secretary of State's website. Voter registration forms are available at any public library and on the Board of Elections website.
In order to vote in the November 4th election, the Franklin County Board of Elections office must receive your voter registration form and/or updated voting address by Monday, October 6, 2014.
The New Albany-Plain Local School District covers 23 square miles in northeast Franklin County, including the City of New Albany, Plain Township, and neighborhoods within a small portion of the City of Columbus. If you are unsure if you live within the school district boundaries, and therefore wonder if you can vote for Issue 3, you can easily check by visiting the Franklin County Board of Elections Polling Location Search website and entering your home address. Then, please make sure you are registered to vote before the deadline of October 6, 2014.
