levy covered the need for new funds for the past two school years, and this
planned 2014 levy raises the funds needed for the next two years.

law, levies collect a set dollar amount that does not increase with student
enrollment or increased home values.
•Additional
funds are required over the next two years to cover the costs of 200 new
students, more teachers and staff to keep class sizes at current levels, and
increases in fixed costs, such as fuel and utilities.

has contained $12 million in costs since 2011, while spending wisely. The
district spends
the average amount per student while receiving the lowest state
support
in Franklin
County.
