Thank you for considering membership in the New Albany Elementary Learning Center PTO. Membership is open to all parents, teachers, relatives and friends of the New Albany Early Learning Center.  We welcome families to join the PTO anytime during the year!  There are no time commitments for joining.  Your funds will be used towards classroom materials, STEM supplies and special programming.  

We also welcome your volunteer support at our many school events throughout the year. With your ELC PTO Membership, you will be entered as a volunteer to receive regular updates on volunteer opportunities. All volunteers will need to have completed a background check.
