I have been teaching in New Albany, first as a classroom aid for 2 years, then as an intervention specialist for the past 8 years. I have been in nearly every building, and have truly enjoyed being a part of the 6th grade team and meeting all of the students! I earned a Bachelor's in English from Ohio State and Master's in Education/Special Education from Ashland University.
In my free time, I love being a home chef with my wife and hanging out with our two German Shepherds (Keely and Maus). I am a huge soccer fan watching and playing it on the weekends, Crossfit, cycling around the city, and traveling/experiencing new cultures and foods.
I look forward to the upcoming school year and getting to know and learn along with our students!
