Mr. Ramsay has been treasurer of the school district since July 1995. Prior to becoming the treasurer of New Albany-Plain Local school district, he was treasurer of the Licking Heights Local School District for two years and treasurer of the Amanda-Clearcreek Local School District for four years. He also worked as a bank officer for five years. He received his undergraduate degree from West Liberty State College and his masters’ degree from Ashland University. He is a member of Kiwanis, the New Albany Chamber of Commerce, the Ohio School Board Association, and the Ohio Association of School Business Officials.
