College Center

Selecting a college can be a confusing and exciting experience. The New Albany High School College Center was established to assist students with college selection, career exploration, pre-college testing, admission, and scholarship information.

In addition to an experienced full-time college counselor, the college center provides a variety of references, electronic resources and applications available to students, parents and teachers.

Freshman are introduced to the College Center by the college counselor, Mr. Jeff Stahlman, at a “Freshman College Planning Meeting,” in December. Sophomores and Juniors are encouraged to plan college entrance examination preparation. Seniors are assisted with final applications and transcripts as well as provided with information about scholarships.
