The Board of Education of New Albany-Plain Local School District, Ohio (the “Owner”), is soliciting statements of qualifications for owner’s representative services in connection with the Owner’s facilities improvement project which includes, but is not limited to, a school building to house approximately 1,200 students which will likely be students between grades two and eight, related site improvements, and such additional facilities and improvements as deemed necessary by the Owner. The delivery method for the Project may include construction management at risk, general contracting, multiple prime contractors, and/or design-build.
Firms interested in providing the services may submit a response to the Request for Qualifications for Owner’s Representative Services by following the procedures and conditions to submit a statement of qualifications to:

Six hard copy originals of the statement of qualifications must be submitted to April Domine, Superintendent, at the address above by not later than 4:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, on January 30, 2013. Statements of qualifications received after this deadline will not be accepted or considered. Statements of qualifications must be identified by the following: “STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR OWNER’S REPRESENTATIVE SERVICES”.
