The Board of Education of New Albany-Plain Local School District, Ohio (the “Owner”), is soliciting statements of qualifications for the services of a construction manager at risk in connection with the Owner’s facilities improvement project which includes, but is not limited to, a school building to house approximately 1,200 students between grades two and eight, related site improvements, and such additional facilities and improvements as deemed necessary by the Owner. Firms interested in providing the services may obtain from the Owner its Request for Qualifications for Construction Manager at Risk Services detailing the procedures and conditions for submitting a statement of qualifications by contacting:

Answers to any questions regarding the Request for Qualifications shall be in writing and shall be sent to all firms on record with the Owner as having requested and been furnished a copy of the Request for Qualifications. It is therefore imperative that firms provide full and accurate contact information to the Owner.
Six hard copy originals of the statement of qualifications must be submitted to April Domine, Superintendent, at the address above by not later than 4:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, on March 1, 2013. Statements of qualifications received after this deadline will not be accepted or considered. Statements of qualifications must be identified by the following: “STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK SERVICES”.
