Parent Night February 25, 2013
Continuing the tradition after the Inaugural year, the Peace Run/Anti-Bully-Walk 2013 is Monday – April 22. The New Albany – Plain Local School District appreciates the support of our event sponsors Ultimate U, Huntington Bank and Smoot Construction and looks forward to a renewed partnership for 2013. Money raised in 2012 enabled the district to provide 8th grade students the opportunity to participate in a Challenge Day Program – a first for the district. The Peace Run/Anti-Bully Walk Committee will be hosting a Parent Information/Volunteer night – February 25, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. in the New Albany Middle School Cafeteria. To register for Parent Night click here.

About Peace Run/Anti-Bully Walk 2013
Goals for the 2013 Peace Run/Anti Bully Walk
- Raise awareness to the issue of bullying, fostering respect among students and ultimately adding to a positive school culture
- Set a Guinness World Record for the largest Community March against Bullying
- Raise the funds for the 2013-2014 8th grade class AND the 2013-2014 10th grade class to participate in Challenge Day (which means we need to raise about $36K)
2013 Peace Run/Anti BullyWalk: April 22; Run to start at 1 p.m.; Walk to begin following the run.
