The 200-acre Learning Community Campus is in the center of New Albany and Plain Township. A mosaic of collaborative acquisitions by the schools, Village, Township, Parks District, and private business, our schools are all located together on one property.
On the west side of the campus, New Albany K-1 Elementary School opened in Fall 2003, accommodating our youngest students in the district. There are 28 classrooms, some with attached bathrooms and adjoining special tutoring rooms. A two-story library has a spiral staircase that leads to a reading loft. The competition size gymnasium creates much needed space for athletics and other community activities.
Our Location
Our Learning Campus is located in the northeast corner of Franklin county 1/2 mile from the intersection of SR 161 and SR 62.
