SCHEDULE: All programs occur after the school day. Online registration is required for enrollment. Registration will close on Wednesday, September 10, 2014. Please register at www.napls.us. We cannot accept any registrations after that time! Classes must reach the minimum number for enrollment or the class will be CANCELLED. If the class has been closed, you will be contacted.
ATTENDANCE: Attendance is taken and checked against parental notes of early dismissal and daily attendance records. Please notify the instructor if your child will be absent for an IMPACT class on a particular day. If school is closed for any reason, IMPACT classes will be cancelled.
ENROLLMENT: Class fees are based on the number of students needed to cover the cost of the professional instructor’s fee, the teaching materials and the administration of the program. In each case, a minimum number of students are needed to support each class. Class sizes are limited to the number of student specified by the instructor for safety and program effectiveness.
FEES: Your class fee will be refunded if the class is cancelled. Make checks payable to New Albany Schools. You will be notified of course placement or cancellation via email. NO REFUNDS will be issued once the course has begun for any reason.
SCHOLARSHIPS: Scholarships may be available. An Instructional Fee Waiver Form can be found here or contact your grade level counselor or building principal for more information.
LOCATION AND TIME: Please check IMPACT brochure or registration site for class times and location. Feel free to provide your child with a healthy snack, which can be eaten before class begins. Students may bring water or clear liquids to drink. (No juice or pop).

EMERGENCY MEDICAL FORMS: Emergency Medical Forms are required for all students who participate in IMPACT programs. They must be completed and submitted with an original signature before the first IMPACT class. They are available on the IMPACT website. Due to state regulations, we cannot use the medical form submitted to the school, and new forms must be collected for each IMPACT session.
